What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your delivery address and PIN code
• Any engraving text or gift note you add
• If you create an account: your email and password (handled securely by our backend provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password in plain text)

We never collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not the payment details themselves.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
• To save your details for faster checkout next time, if you create an account
• To understand which pages and products people visit, using Meta Pixel and standard web analytics, so we can improve the site and run relevant ads

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

Cherysh uses Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show you relevant ads on Instagram and Facebook. This works through cookies and similar technology in your browser. You can control this through your browser's cookie settings or Meta's own ad preferences.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process your payment
• Our courier partner, to deliver your order — we share only your name, address and phone number for this
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for the advertising measurement described above

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — just message us on WhatsApp or email, both on our Contact page.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use cherysh.in after a change means you accept the updated policy.
