Shipping Policy

Dispatch time

Every order is packed by hand — each piece is checked under light before it's sealed, and engraving or a gift note is added if you asked for one. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of your payment being confirmed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India. Metro cities are usually on the faster end of that; remote pincodes can take a little longer.

We currently ship across India. We don't offer international shipping yet.

Shipping cost

Any shipping charge is shown clearly in your cart before you pay — never added as a surprise at checkout.

Tracking

We'll message you directly — on the phone number or email you check out with — to confirm your order and share tracking once it's dispatched.
